Purpose:  This email is for a dental conference. They needed help building an email marketing campaign for vendors.

The email series reduced confusion and improved vendor satisfaction significantly.

Everything you need to get started preparing is in this kit. Please read this email carefully. It is full of vital information.

Please note that all vendor emails have [Conference Initials] in the subject line so they are easy to find.

My name is [Full Name]. I am your vendor Concierge for the event. It is important to me that you have an amazing experience so you come to all our future events. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to hit that reply button and ask.

From our website, you may have realized that we function a little differently than most dental industry events.

If you’ve joined us in the past you already know what I mean. But, if you are new here, let me help you understand what is different and what to expect

DAY 1

The first day of the event is ALL about our vendors. You are the reason we are able to hold these events. We show our appreciation by giving a day dedicated to you and your needs to grow your business.

First, we are bringing in speakers just for you to give you tactics to further your business.

This year’s topics include:

  1. How to write a book and actually make money from it.

  2. How you can get free money from the government.

  3. How to use social media to grow your business


This is just a taste of what we have lined up for you. We will announce more incredible as we get closer to the event date.

We have what we call our Business-to-Business speed dating. We pair you up for 5 minutes so you can find the right companies to collaborate with to help grow your profits. There are three sessions over the course of the day. We do this so you have every opportunity to connect with every vendor!

Our last event was amazing! Some of our vendors made great contacts and some really great friendships came out of it too.

Booth setup begins at the end of the first day. The day is primarily for you to soak up all the tactics and relationship-building you can handle.

The dentists will start visiting the vendor hall on day 2 of the event.
